    A combined 103 prizes worth a total of 567,000 baht (five hundred sixty-seven thousand baht) is organized by Siam Brokerage and Marketing Co., Ltd. All prize prices are market prices as of December 2023.

    Good Attitude Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the drawing of the winners. They will print out the number of raffle tickets according to the specified conditions and draw the winners. The drawing will take place at Good Attitude Co., Ltd., No. 999/9, The Offices at CentralWorld Building, 29th Floor, Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan Subdistrict, Pathumwan District, Bangkok 10330

    Winners can collect their prizes at the Chubb Samaggi Insurance PCL office located at 88 The Parq, 17^th Fl., Ratchadapisek Rd., Klongtoei, Bangkok 10110    

Terms and Conditions: Prize Winner Requirements

1. Winners will be contacted by the company and will be required to present the following documents to claim their prizes:

• Original Thai ID card along with one copy
• Proof of tax payment at the rate of 5% of the prize value

    Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 20 days of the announcement of the winners. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the company will award the prize to the next eligible reserve winner. If the reserve winner fails to submit the required documents or claim the prize within 7 days of being notified by the company, the company reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible reserve winner.

2. Winners must claim their prizes within the specified timeframe. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

3. By participating in this campaign, winners agree to participate in promotional activities, appear at events, or be featured in advertisements as determined by the company. Winners also agree to allow the company to use their photos and names for advertising and publicity purposes in print, online media, and other media. The company owns the copyright to the photos of the winners and is not obligated to pay any compensation.

4. The company reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke, or reclaim all prizes, including claims for damages, in case of fraud, falsification, or deception to gain an advantage in the contest.

5. Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 baht or more will be required to withhold tax at the rate of 5% of the prize value, in accordance with Revenue Department Order No. Tor.Por. 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985, and Revenue Department Order No. Tor.Por. 104/2554 dated September 15, 2001. The company is not responsible for paying personal income tax or any other expenses other than the prizes mentioned above. Winners will be responsible for paying these expenses themselves, including travel expenses to claim the prizes.

6. By accepting the prize, the winners acknowledge that the policy associated with it is non-cancellable.

7. The company does not warrant or guarantee the quality of the prizes. If there is a problem with the quality of a prize, the winner must contact the company that sells or services the prize directly.

8. The company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, or prizes without prior notice.

9. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, decisions from the company or Chubb Samaggi shall be final.

10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, changed, and/or transferred to others.
