The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Thailand and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand Courts. If any provision is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
